Sheynkman Lab: Early endothelial cell differentiation
We present a dataset of matched long-read (lrRNA-seq) Kinnex PacBio and paired-end short-read (srRNA-seq) NovaSeq Illumina sequencing. Both technologies were used at similar depths to track a five-day differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells into primordial endothelial cells. We showcase quality control and applications, including benchmarking PacBio Kinnex quantification accuracy.
