segmented.bam & fastq files

Dataset Files: No dataset files have been uploaded to this dataset.
The following cell lines/DNA samples were obtained from the NIGMS Human Genetic Cell Repository at the Coriell Institute for Medical Research: GM25256. The source data used in this study were generated from samples obtained from the Coriell (WTC11) that were subjected to a primordial endothelial cell differentiation protocol (Nelson et al. Directed Differentiation of Hemogenic Endothelial Cells from Human Pluripotent Stem Cells. J. Vis., 2019) over a five-day process. Samples were collected from every day of differentiation and subjected to PacBio long-read RNA sequencing (corresponding to the various segmented.bam files) as well as Illumina short-read RNA sequencing (corresponding to the .fastq files). The data files are securely stored at the University of Virginia. Researchers who wish to reproduce the research can contact the Sheynkman Lab to initiate a data request (edf4n@virginia.edu). Prior to posting or sharing with a collaborator personally identifying genetic information derived using NIGMS Repository biospecimens, the Principal Investigator must request permission to do so from the NIGMS Repository by submitting a completed, signed Statement of Research Intent Form describing the proposed data posting and/or sharing. The collaborator must also submit to the NIGMS Repository a completed and signed Statement of Research Intent Form. We will then execute a contract between our institutions that covers transfer, storage and reuse of the data.
