Medical "cost" data related to health research questions with IRB-HSR approval can be obtained from UVA Medical Center Finance. Approval must be obtained from the School of Medicine Chief Operating Officer and the Medical Center Chief Financial Officer. In order to obtain this approval, complete the attached form and email to the Financial Decision Support officers: Boucher, Alexander B *HS abb3dd@uvahealth.org; Paris, Dominic *HS dap2r@uvahealth.org.
