School of Medicine Clinical Trials Office CRC Pool
The SOM CTO has a new CRC Pool available to study teams and we'd like to tell you a bit more about the program and services this group can provide. We anticipate study teams using our CRC services for many different reasons, for both small and large projects. This CRC pool is a great option for new PIs or PIs who do not have the funding for a full time CRC. However, our CRCs are also available to provide temporary coverage for medical or maternity/paternity leaves, provide assistance for studies experiencing accelerated timelines, and/or provide assistance with clearing up data backlog, etc. Our CRCs are available to conduct studies independently or can supplement existing staff. Our CRCs are trained to perform participant consenting and enrollment, perform study visits, perform data entry/query resolution, process and ship samples, and create/complete source documents or CRFs. Like our regulatory group, these CRCs are available as a fee for service program at a rate of $100/hr.
