This Learning Short series is designed to educate researchers about the importance of dissemination of research results to the research community as well as the public. Standard methods of dissemination by means of scientific publications and talks at research meetings are only the beginning. Understanding the importance of showing the impact of the research being conducted in a way that is understood by the public is vital to affecting community engagement and enrichment. Each video in this series is 5-10 min in length.
