If your study requires Home Health services, please email the contact provided to the right with the following information: * Services requested * What clinician should perform the services * Where services will be provided * Any protocol specific requirements * Frequency/duration of services * Grant Pricing Code* *The director and administrator from Continuum Home Health (CHH) will provide a list of billing codes for services requested from which the researcher can calculate total cost. Costs for each code can be obtained through the SOM Clinical Trials Office (CTO). Billing from Continuum Home Health is managed like other clinical research patient charges, patient charges will be routed through PFS and billed to the appropriate study PTAO.
