Individual-Use Devices: Highly Sensitive Data

The storage of Highly Sensitive Data (HSD) on individual-use devices like laptops, desktops, flash drives, and external hard drives must be approved by Information Security, the appropriate department chair, and the Dean of the School of Medicine. This approval is managed through the exception request process.
