Public Data Commons

This dataset includes the number and rate per 10,000 emergency department [ED] visits for unintentional drug overdose among Virginia residents by year, and by overdose type [All Drugs, Opioids, Heroin]. Data set includes overdose rates for years 2015 through the previous year. When data set is downloaded, the dates will be sorted in descending order, meaning that the latest date will be at the top. To see data for the earliest date, please scroll down to the bottom of the data set.
